Content Rights<\/h2>\n<p>You retain ownership of your content. You grant DubCheap a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service. You confirm you have required rights for submitted media.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>5. Billing and Credits<\/h2>\n<p>Plans are billed as published. Credits are consumed by source video duration. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>6. Availability<\/h2>\n<p>We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>7. Third-Party Dependencies<\/h2>\n<p>Parts of the service rely on third-party providers. We are not liable for outages caused by those providers.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>8.
