DubCheap provides automated video dubbing and related workflow tools. Features may evolve over time.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Content Rights
You retain ownership of your content. You grant DubCheap a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service. You confirm you have required rights for submitted media.
5. Billing and Credits
Plans are billed as published. Credits are consumed by source video duration. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
Parts of the service rely on third-party providers. We are not liable for outages caused by those providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DubCheap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
